I provide telehealth counseling and psychotherapy for adults in Colorado and Idaho, with affirming support for LGBTQ+ clients alongside care for grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, and life transitions.

I support clients through overwhelm, fear, spiraling thought patterns, and the practical effects of chronic stress.
Grief and loss
I help clients move through mourning, complicated grief, and the disorientation that can follow major loss.
Depression
I work with both major depression and situational depression when life feels heavy or stuck.
Relationship difficulties
I offer relational support for partners, couples, families, and the stress points that shape connection.
Family issues
I help clients explore family dynamics, boundaries, and inherited patterns that still affect the present.
Teens
I support teens navigating identity, relationships, family stress, and the pressure of growing up in complicated environments.

I offer a place where women-specific pressures, identity needs, and life-stage changes are taken seriously.

Abuse and trauma
I move at a careful pace with trauma work and do not force disclosure before safety and trust are in place.
Group therapy
I also offer group therapy as part of the support available through my practice.
Fees and payment
I want payment expectations to feel clear and easy to understand.

I currently accept limited private insurance, and I ask clients to verify directly with their carrier that I am in-network.

I also ask clients to verify copays and coverage with their insurance company before services begin.

Fees are due at the time of service. I accept HSA, FSA, and all major credit cards.
